Refunds on Products
You can get a full refund on defective goods anytime. We may ask you to return the product in question, or send us a picture of it, but only when we need proof in order to get our own refund from the manufacturer. If we make a mistake on your order we’ll fix it, almost always without inconveniencing you.
If you place an order and then decide to cancel it before it ships, we’ll give you a refund minus 6 percent to cover the credit card processing fees. If you are a foreign customer and cancel an order, we’ll give you a refund minus 10 percent.
*Disc Weight and Color

Try as we might, we cannot stock all models in all weights and colors. We have over 20 different discs in stock, and do our best to match your weight and color choices. Generally, we first try to match your desired weight and then your color – unless you specify otherwise in the Additional Information field on our website. If we cannot match your weight within one gram, we’ll contact you before shipping your order.
Shipping Within the United States
On all the products in our store, including all our discs, disc golf bags, stickers, magnets, minis, towels, clothing, pint glasses, travel mugs, glow sticks — pretty much everything besides baskets — we use the Post Office’s Priority Mail service, which takes 1 to 3 days. The exceptions are when your order weighs less than 13 ounces, in which case we use 1st Class. And with larger orders travelling to certain zones, we reserve the right to UPS when it’s cheaper. We offer $6 flat rate shipping on all US orders, and free shipping on baskets going to any of the 48 contiguous states.
If you’re ordering from Alaska, it will cost more, so please call first for a shipping quote.
Your Privacy
We will not share your email, snail mail, name, phone numbers, or any other information with anybody at all, except the people who work here and need to know your information to ship your order.
In addition, when you place an order with Pro Disc Golf, we add your email address on our email list (and only ours). To be left off our e-mail list, just let us know you don’t want to be on it.
